我国是世界上最大的铁矿石进口国,但是在国际大宗商品价格不断上涨的背景之下,我国在铁矿石国际贸易中定价能力却相对较弱。改变这种状况将会为我国挽回巨大的经济损失。本文正是基于这样的考虑,在广泛研究国内外相关文献的基础上,细分铁矿石市场,结合最新数据和市场动态,分析了我国铁矿石国际贸易定价权缺失问题的国内外背景、原因和影响,对现有对策进行了评价并提出了相关的政策建议,指出要打破国际卡特尔垄断,我国应该加强与国际上游矿企合作,走国际化战略,并且稳步在我国建立国际铁矿石交易和定价中心来解决我国铁矿石国际贸易定价权问题。
China is the largest importer of iron ore in the world. However, under the background of rising international commodity prices, China’s pricing power in international iron ore trade is relatively weak. To change this situation will save China enormous economic losses. Based on such considerations, based on the extensive study of relevant literature at home and abroad, the dissertation divides the iron ore market and analyzes the domestic and foreign background of the lack of pricing power of international trade of iron ore in China with the latest data and market dynamics. Reason and influence of the current situation, evaluate the existing countermeasures and put forward relevant policy suggestions. It is pointed out that in order to break the monopoly of international cartels, China should strengthen its cooperation with the international upstream mining enterprises and take an international strategy, and steadily establish an international iron ore mine in China Stone trading and pricing center to solve China’s iron ore international trade pricing issues.
