高职院校以培养生产建设、管理、服务第一线的高素质技能人才为根本任务。构成人才的基本要素,可以概括为知识、能力、素质;从人才培养的角度而言,传授知识、培养能力主要解决如何做事的问题,而提高素质则更多地解决如何做人的问题。实施素质教育作为教育改革发展的战略主题,核心是解决好培养什么人、怎样培养人的问题。高职院校的教育改革和发展,必须围绕这一战略主题,强化学生综合素质培养。
Higher vocational colleges to cultivate production, construction, management, service first-line high-quality skilled personnel as the fundamental task. The basic elements that make up a talented person can be summed up as knowledge, ability and quality. From a personnel training point of view, imparting knowledge and cultivating ability mainly solve the problem of how to do things, and improving the quality solves the problem of how to behave more. As the strategic theme of education reform and development, implementing quality education is the key to solving problems of cultivating people and cultivating people. Vocational education reform and development must focus on this strategic theme, to strengthen the overall quality of students.
