本文用现代振动分析理论,即试验模态分析方法和模态综合技术,建立了考虑弹性体的汽车平顺性多自由度模型。这个模型以较少的模态自由度较逼真地描述了整车系统,并应用随机振动理论分析了整车系统的多输入、多输出的随机响应,可以得到车上各点的功率谱,用ISO标准评价了汽车平顺性。又从能量角度分析了影响平顺性的主要模态,为合理选择平顺性模型提供了依据。
In this paper, a modern multi-degree-of-freedom model of vehicle ride comfort is established by using modern vibration analysis theory, that is, experimental modal analysis and modal synthesis. This model describes the whole vehicle system more vividly with fewer modal degrees of freedom. The stochastic vibration theory is used to analyze the multi-input and multi-output random responses of the whole vehicle system. The power spectrum of each point in the vehicle can be obtained by using The ISO standard assesses vehicle ride comfort. From the energy point of view, the main modes affecting the ride comfort are analyzed, which provides the basis for the reasonable choice of the ride comfort model.
