加强政工干部队伍建设的重要性科学发展观的核心是以人为本,构建和谐国企的关键当然也在人。企业政工干部如果自身形象不佳,必然会影响到思想政治工作教育的说服力和感召力。所以提高政工干部素质,加强政工干部队伍建设,是实现企业又好又快发展的一个重要条件。如何加强政工干部队伍建设,在本文从多个方面进行了阐述。
