On November 21, according to data released by the Ministry of Finance, from January to October this year, the state-owned enterprises’ economic performance steadily progressed. State-owned enterprises’ income and profits continued to grow rapidly, and the increase in profits was 9.2 percentage points higher than income. From January to October, the total operating income of state-owned enterprises was 4,199.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.4%.
