阐述了慢滤系统抑制营养液中土传病原菌的原理及装置特点,对慢滤装置的抑菌效果进行了综合分析和评价。慢滤系统通常选用多空隙、吸附力强的物质作为过滤介质,待处理的液体从一定高度以一定流速通过慢滤装置,使其与过滤介质充分作用在不影响营养液中的有益微生物的前提下,通过过滤、吸附等物理化学作用达到去除病原菌。通常在小粒径、低流速的情况下能够达到较好的消毒效果,且过滤前后营养液的物理化学参数基本没有变化。但是过滤介质、过滤柱高度及外界因素变化如加热、通风等都会影响过滤效果。同时慢砂滤不会破坏营养液中的微生物,是一种可以在小面积无土栽培体系中广泛使用的消毒手段。
