1983年,香料烟国家标准列入了国家标准制订计划。在烟草总公司的领导下和起草单位、协作单位的共同努力下,经过大量的调查研究和科学试验、农业生产验证,完成了起草工作。1986年4月国家标准局批准颁布了香料烟国家标准,这一新的标准将于1987年7月1日起实施。我们曾参加此标准的起草和农业生产验证,为了迎接新标准的贯彻执行,现就贯彻香料烟国家标准谈几点看法。
In 1983, the national standard of flavor tobacco was included in the national standard setting plan. Under the leadership of the tobacco company and the joint efforts of the drafting unit and the collaborator, the drafting work was finished through a lot of investigations, scientific experiments and agricultural production verification.
