对于蜗轮类铜合金砂型铸件的冒口设计,以往通常采用经验设计方法或凝固模拟方法,但前者不够准确,而后者繁复费时,目前缺乏一种既较为准确、又十分便捷的冒口设计方法去指导铸造工艺设计。通过研究蜗轮类铜合金铸件形状参数与冒口形状参数之间的关系,并综合了以上两种方法各自的优点,建立了蜗轮类铜合金砂型铸件的冒口便捷设计方法,既能保证铸件质量又能获得较高的工艺出品率,还能提高工艺设计效率,因而具有较强的实用性。通过蜗轮具体案例分析,对冒口便捷设计方法的灵活应用、冒口与冷铁的匹配进行了阐述。
