在加快老工业基地振兴,建设和谐辽宁的伟大实践中,充分发挥社会科学工作者思想库、智囊团作用,具有重要意义。社会科学工作者应围绕大局,着力研究并提出全局性、战略性、前瞻性的发展思路和有分量的理论观点。本期为配合辽宁省第三届社会科学普及周活动,特开辟“促振兴,话和谐”专栏,邀请四位理论工作者进行笔谈。目的是引导广大社会科学工作者积极参加老工业基地振兴,建设和谐辽宁的伟大实践,贡献自己的聪明才智。
In accelerating the rejuvenation of old industrial bases and building a harmonious Liaoning, it is of great significance to give full play to the role of think tank and think tank of social scientists. Social science workers should focus on the overall situation, focus on research and put forward the overall, strategic and forward-looking development ideas and theoretical points of view.
