党的十二届三中全会以来,我国城市经济体制改革已经全面展开。在全国三百多个城市中,有六十个城市是作为综合经济体制改革的试点城市。它们在改革方面先行一步,取得了不少好的经验。在去年改革的基础上,今年主要是“巩固、消化、补充、改善”,同时为明后年改革再迈出重要步子作好准备。依据这一总的指导思想,这些城市都对今年的改革作了部署。这里,本刊根据有关方面提供的材料,将部分改革试点城市在新的一年里的新构想刊登于后。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Central Committee, the reform of the urban economic system in our country has been launched in full swing. Of the more than 300 cities in the country, 60 cities are pilot cities for the reform of the comprehensive economic system. They took the first step in the reform and have gained quite a lot of good experience. On the basis of last year’s reforms, this year we will mainly “consolidate, digest, supplement and improve,” and at the same time prepare for another major step toward reform in the coming years. Based on this general guiding principle, all these cities have deployed this year’s reform. Here, the magazine based on the materials provided by the parties concerned, some of the reform pilot cities in the new year in the new idea published later.
