中俄两国政府分别提出“一带一路”战略和“向东看”战略,这为两国劳务合作创造了重大契机。近些年中俄劳务合作有了一定程度的发展,但是问题较多,特别是中国向俄罗斯的劳务输出存在的障碍较多。促进中俄劳务合作向广度和深度发展,需要从法律、文化、舆论宣传等方面着手。
The two governments of China and Russia respectively put forward the “one belt, one road” strategy and the “eastward looking” strategy, which has created a significant opportunity for the cooperation in labor and services between the two countries. In recent years, there has been a certain degree of development in the service cooperation between China and Russia, but there are still many problems. In particular, there are still more obstacles in China’s export of labor services to Russia. To promote the development of China-Russia labor service cooperation in a broad and deep-going manner, we must start with legal, cultural and publicity campaigns.
