水轮机调节系统参数整定一般常用绘制波德图或根轨迹图以配合现场调试。绘制上述图形虽可考察系统的稳定性和过程响应的特征值,但不能直观得到调节参数和动态的响应关系。 本文提供了按响应品质要求,通过计算机离线计算求取水轮机调节系统调节参数的辅助整定方法,能直观、准确地得到过程响应与调节参数之间的对应关系,为现场调试提供了有效的依据。
Turbine adjustment system parameters commonly used to draw portode or root locus diagram to match the site commissioning. Although the above graph can be drawn to investigate the stability of the system and the characteristic values of the process response, the relationship between the adjustment parameters and the dynamic response can not be directly obtained. In this paper, we provide an auxiliary setting method to calculate the adjustment parameters of turbine governing system by computer off-line calculation according to the response quality requirements. The corresponding relationship between process response and adjustment parameters can be obtained intuitively and accurately, which provides an effective basis for on-site debugging.
