我们每个人都曾经是儿童,都经历过一段美好的童年时光。而在这个遍布现代科技的信息时代,在像“双刃剑”一般的科技的包围下,时下的儿童是否还和许多年前的我们一样,处于一个相对纯净的环境中呢?答案是让人忧心的。于是,在迎来第三个世界电信和信息社会日之际,我们也迎来了一个温馨而严峻的主题——“保障儿童网上安全”。面对无数现代科技的包围,如今的儿童究竟处于一种怎样的网络环境中?我们如何才能化挑战为机会,为儿童创造一个纯净而有益的在线环境?针对这种种问题,国际电信联盟副秘书长赵厚麟将为我们详细解读。
