本文在对现有各种筒壳计算方法进行深入分析的基础上,找出各种不同支承卷筒的内在联系,提出了一套可以用来计算各种卷筒的通用方法。并对圆板支轮筒壳的力学模型作了修正,得出了新的计算公式。这不但使筒壳在计算方法上得以统一,而且使计算结果更加切合实际。目前筒壳与支轮的联接分为软支承与刚性支承两类,而软支轮中又有圆环支轮与圆板支轮两种。不同支承的筒壳在计算方法上虽有某些相似之处,但确存在很大的区别。其主要原因在于对各种方法的本质分析不够,以及对力学模型的选取不当。然而上述三种联接在本质上的区别就是支轮刚性不同。本文将对各种支承筒壳的计算方法做进一步分析,找出他们的内在联系。在此基础上把各种筒壳的计算归结为统一的一套通用方法。
Based on an in-depth analysis of the existing calculation methods for various cylinder shells, this paper finds out the inherent relationship among various support rollers and proposes a universal method that can be used to calculate various types of drums. The mechanical model of circular plate cylinder shell is amended, and a new formula is obtained. This not only makes the cylinder shell uniform in calculation method, but also makes the calculation result more realistic. At present, the connection between the cartridge shell and the branch wheel is divided into two types, that is, the soft support and the rigid support, and the soft branch wheel has two types of the annular branch wheel and the circular branch branch wheel. Although there are some similarities in the calculation methods for different supported shells, there is a big difference. The main reason is that the nature of the various methods of analysis is not enough, and the mechanical model of improper selection. However, the essential difference between the above three types of connections is that the wheel rigidity is different. In this paper, we will further analyze the calculation methods of various support shell to find out their internal relations. On the basis of this, the calculation of various cylinder shells is reduced to a unified set of common methods.
