为了在规划设计阶段快速确定水库给定发电保证率对应的多年平均发电能力,该文提出了基于Gould-Dincer方法的水库发电能力计算方法(S-P-R-1和S-P-R-2),给出了多年平均发电能力、水库库容、年入库径流特性及发电保证率之间的数量关系。该方法主要适用于年调节水库或多年调节水库的蓄水式电站。利用该计算方法对三峡水库5种设计运行方案的多年平均发电能力进行了计算,并将计算结果与设计年发电量及逐时段等流量法的计算结果进行了比较。该文提出的方法在计算结果的数量级上与设计年发电量和逐时段等流量法的计算结果保持一致,计算误差最大不超过11%,表明本文提出的方法具有较好的计算精度和可靠性。
In order to quickly determine the multi-year average power generation capacity corresponding to the guaranteed rate of power generation in the planning and design stage, this paper presents a method for calculating the generation capacity of reservoirs based on the Gould-Dincer method (SPR-1 and SPR-2) Power generation capacity, reservoir capacity, annual run-in characteristics and the rate of generation of electricity between the quantitative relationship. The method is mainly applied to a water-storage power station with annual regulation of reservoirs or multi-year regulation of reservoirs. This method is used to calculate the average annual generation capacity of five kinds of design and operation schemes of the Three Gorges Reservoir. The calculated results are compared with the calculated results of the designed annual power generation and hourly flow rate method. The method proposed in this paper is consistent with the calculated results of annual power generation and flow-by-time method on the order of magnitude of the calculation results, and the calculation error is no more than 11%, indicating that the proposed method has good calculation accuracy and reliability .
