一九八一年九月十日至十六日,中国建筑学会建筑经济学术委员会技术组在上海组织召开了“高层住宅建筑经济效果学术讨论会”。来自京、津、沪、穗、沈及有关大城市规划、设计、施工、房管、科研、高校等单位的六十二名代表参加了讨论会。会议共收到论文、资料三十二篇。会上,有十九位代表作了专题发言。会议期间,代表们参观了上海市的高层住宅建筑。这次小型专题讨论会,主要对国内大城市建造、发展高层住宅的基本情况作出估
From September 10th to 16th, 1981, the Technical Group of the Architectural Economics Academic Committee of the Chinese Architectural Society organized a “Seminar on the Economic Effects of High-Rise Residential Buildings” in Shanghai. Sixty-two delegates from Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyang, and related major city planning, design, construction, housing management, scientific research, and universities attended the seminar. The conference received 32 papers and materials. At the meeting, 19 representatives made keynote speeches. During the conference, delegates visited the high-rise residential buildings in Shanghai. This small-scale symposium mainly assesses the basic conditions for the construction and development of high-rise residential buildings in large domestic cities.
