到本世纪末实现小康,是党中央提出的重要战略目标,也是当前社会各界较为关心的热点话题。然而关于小康的含义、小康的界定标准,如何对小康实现程度进行监测等却不是每一个人都十分清楚的。广西是一个农业大省区,农村人口占85%,因此农村实现小康更是关键之关键。那么,什么样的标准才算农村小康、农村小康的监测体系如何构造、当前广西农村实现小康达到了什么程度、尚有多大难度和可能性……?这一系列的问题,都是我们从事经济工作和领导工作的同志所需要认真研究和回答的。《广西农村小康生活水平标准的设想及其评价》对以上问题作了较为全面、系统的回答。刊载此文,以供关心这一问题的同志参考。

However, it is not everyone’s understanding of the meaning of a well-off society, the well-to-do standard, and how to monitor the realization of a moderately prosperous life.
