多年来,我国广泛使用的是干式混凝土喷射机。由于混合料与水的混合时间极短,且加水量难以准确控制,因此造成喷射作业时粉尘浓度较大,回弹率较高,混凝土强度较低。特别是粉尘浓度较大这个问题,近年几乎成了进一步推广锚喷支护的主要障碍。为了降低粉尘浓度、回弹率和提高混凝土强度,并解决输送潮湿混合料的问题,煤炭部基建司责成我院研制湿式混凝土喷射机组。我院湿喷机研制组对国内外各类混凝土喷射机及其配套设备,进行了大量的调查研究,在综合几种主要喷射机优点的基础上,提出了PS-JP型混凝土喷射机组的设计方
Over the years, China is widely used in dry concrete jet.
