通过等温(630℃)时效模拟试验,用碳化物电解萃取、X射线衍射定量分析等方法研究了不同服役时间12Cr1MoV钢中碳化物的转变情况,总结了它的转变规律。结果表明:12Cr1MoV钢在长期高温服役过程中的碳化物种类保持不变,均为M_3C、M_7C_3、M_(23)C_6和MC;在0~8×10~4h服役期间,碳化物总含量增加较快,超过8万h后碳化物总含量趋于稳定;在8万h以内,随着服役时间的延长,M_3C含量逐渐减少,M_(23)C_6、M_7C_3含量逐渐增加,MC几乎保持不变;8万h以后,M_3C、M_7C_3和MC趋于稳定,M_(23)C_6仍有少量增加。
Carbide transformation in 12Cr1MoV steel with different service time was studied by means of isothermal (630 ℃) aging simulation test, carbide electrocatalytic extraction and X-ray diffraction quantitative analysis. The transformation rules of the carbides were summarized. The results showed that the carbide species of 12Cr1MoV steel remained unchanged during the long-term high temperature service, all of which were M_3C, M_7C_3, M_ (23) C_6 and MC. During the service period of 0 ~ 8 × 10 ~ 4h, the total carbide content increased The content of M_3C gradually decreased and the content of M_ (23) C_6 and M_7C_3 gradually increased while the MC remained almost unchanged within 80,000 h. With the increase of service time, After 80,000 h, M_3C, M_7C_3 and MC tended to be stable, with a slight increase of M_ (23) C_6.
