目的：初步探讨RFC2在人结直肠癌中的表达。方法利用高通量基因表达数据库Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database分析RFC2在人结直肠癌中的表达情况。结果 RFC2在人结直肠癌中的表达明显高于正常结直肠组织(GSE9348数据库，﹤0.0001；GSE22598数据库，﹤0.0001；GSE37364数据库，﹤0.0001)。结论 RFC2的高表达可能参与了人结直肠癌的发生。“,”Objective The aim of current study was to preliminary investigate the expression of RFC2 in human colorectal cancer .
