为适应入世要求,保证动物源性食品安全,维护人民身体健康,根据《兽药管理条例》的规定,农业部制定了《食品动物禁用的兽药及其化合物清单》(以下简称《禁用清单》),并于2002年3月5日以农牧发[2002]1号文发布。为提高水产品质量,保障水产品食用安全,广大养殖户经营者和科普工作者理应掌握这方面的知识及政策并严格执行,防止禁用的兽药在水产养殖生产中的使用。
In order to meet the requirements of WTO accession, ensure the safety of animal-derived foods and safeguard the health of the people, the Ministry of Agriculture has formulated the “List of Veterinary Drugs and Their Compounds Banned in Food Animals” (hereinafter referred to as the “Banned Lists”) according to the Regulations on the Administration of Veterinary Drugs, And in March 5, 2002 to agriculture and animal husbandry issued [2002] No. 1 release. In order to improve the quality of aquatic products and ensure the food safety of aquatic products, the majority of farmers and scientific workers should master the knowledge and policies in this field and strictly enforce them to prevent the use of banned veterinary drugs in aquaculture production.
