BZ-1R井是中国石油勘探开发公司在阿塞拜疆K&K项目Babazanan区块的重点探井,地层新,压力系数高,有多套压力体系存在,且安全密度窗口窄,加上人为因素造成的事故复杂,加大了钻井工程的难度。一开井段浮鞋落井;二开上部井段起下钻需要划眼;三开井段用1·25倍正常水泥浆量直接固井解决漏层的固井问题;四开井段侧钻解除卡钻事故;五开井段钻进时漏失、停泵时溢流,采用关封井器、随钻堵漏的方法完成。其事故处理伴随整个钻井过程,处理工艺值得同行借鉴。
