浸液法测定光学零件折射率一直被认为是测定光学零件折射率的最简便方法之一.由于不能根据零件与液体间的界面精确判别出液体与零件折射率之间的微小差别,这就限制了浸液法用于高精度测量光学零件折射率。本文介绍的干涉浸液法是基于干涉原理,判定出液体与光学零件折射率之间的微小整别达10~(-5),不仅方法简便,而且测定精度与零件的其它参数(如焦距、像羞以及厚度、曲率半径)基本无关。
