In this paper, the main oil-producing areas and oil companies as the research object, a profound analysis of the Kazakhstan’s oil industry upstream exploration and development, downstream oil refining and transportation and foreign oil cooperation situation. From which we can deeply feel the enormous growth space and the clear development strategy of Kazakhstan Oil and Gas Industry, which makes the development trend of Kazakhstan Modern Oil Industry increasingly clear. It is of great significance to enhance the oil industry in Kazakhstan and the entire country to better carry out the oil cooperation with Kazakhstan.
