本文提出了一种选择多层柔性路面最佳层厚的方法。优化模型中,以路面单位面积的造价为目标函数,弯沉、弯拉应力、剪应力、抗冻深度、最小及最大层厚为约束条件。利用改进的增量搜索法求解优化模型,得出最优层厚。路面永久变形的计算作为副体系,检查优化设计的结果。多层路面结构中应力、应变和位移可利用多层弹性体系力学分析程序MALES直接计算。编制了路面厚度设计最优化程序OTDFP。示例计算表明本方法是可行的,对高等级道路柔性路面的设计具有参考意义。
This paper presents a method to choose the best thickness of multi-layer flexible pavement. In the optimization model, the cost per unit area of pavement as the objective function, deflection, bending and bending stress, shear stress, frost depth, minimum and maximum layer thickness are the constraints. The improved incremental search method is used to solve the optimization model to get the optimal layer thickness. Pavement permanent deformation calculation as a sub-system, check the results of the optimization design. Stress, strain and displacement in multi-layer pavement structures can be directly calculated using the multi-layer elasto-mechanical analysis program MALES. Prepared pavement thickness design optimization program OTDFP. The example calculation shows that this method is feasible and has reference significance for the design of high grade road flexible pavement.
