一 目前,评价地下水开采资源是地下水资源评价的重要任务,其评价成果用作为供水设计的依据。关于开采资源的定义,普遍采用:“用经济技术合理的引水工程能从含水层取出的水量,并在预定的期限内不发生水量减少及水质恶化。”但对开采资源的组成却众说纷云,传统的评价方法一般都利用补给量与排泄量平衡的观点评价开采量,如长春地院编辑的《专门水文地质学》中就将开采量的组成分为三种情况:①有长年补给的Q_开=ΔQ_补+ΔQ_排 ②在缺乏补给地区Q_开=ΔQ_排。③有季节补给的枯水期:Q_开=ΔQ_排+ΔQ_储。
