G67圆锯机锯刀箱油缸活塞属于非弹性体(铸铁活塞环)密封,由于工作时经常使用工作行程的某一段,结果造成缸体孔径局部呈腰鼓形,(两端φ125.05mm,中部φ125.095mm)致使活塞两端高低压油互通,油缸推力不足而无法正常工作。原设计活塞与缸体的最大间隙为0.079mm,而磨损后的实测最大间隙达到0.445mm(由于活塞外径磨小了0.30～0.35mm),大大超过了原设计要求。通过对修理经济
