实验采用正交表L9(32),利用不同水平的N、P 搭配处理旋扭山绿豆,结果表明N、P对旋扭山绿豆的结瘤。固氮和生长都有一定的影响。含P者,结瘤多,根瘤发育正常,固氮活性高,植株生长良好;缺P者,植株矮小,结瘤少;低P 无N 和高P 无N 者均结瘤较多,但高P低N 者植株的根瘤的固氮活性最强;高N 对旋扭山绿豆的固氮有抑制作用。植株的含N 量随着施N 水平的提高而提高。
