我国的国土面积约959.62万km~2,但各地区的气候和环境存在较大的差异,建筑施工也需要根据差异性做好调整,这不仅是提高建筑给居民带来的体验,也满足我国对能源节约的要求。但在实际的建筑工程施工建设过程中,外墙保温技术的施工质量还不够稳定,经常会出现一些诸如龟裂、渗水及保温层裂缝等问题。本文对外墙外保温的施工进行剖析,提出建筑工程中外墙外保温施工的管理措施。
