由于电子技术的广泛应用,对无线电基础元件——电阻、电容和电感的需要量日益增加。因此,对元件的分选速度的要求越来越快,对测试仪器的稳定性和精度要求也相应提高。目前国内生产的三用误差分选仪在性能方面显得不够理想,一定程度上影响了元件的产量和质量。南京长江有线电厂研制的SCF-5型三用误差分选仪具有稳定性好、精度高、分选速度快的特点,在实际应用中取得良好的效果。该仪器采用全硅管化的品体管线路,主要线路使用PNP型和NPN型硅管复合的方法,整机温度稳定性有了进一步提高,对一些单元线路也做了重大改进。本机装有自动合格显示电路,对提高分选速度、减轻劳动强度有显著效果。经有关单位实际使用,每班八小时测量电阻由9400只增加到15000只,提高效率60%。达到国内同类型产品的先进水平。仪器的外形如下图所示。
