大泵抽油是在有杆泵抽油井中加大抽液量的有效方法。为了减少大泵抽油时抽油杆柱下部的断裂次数,广泛采用下部加重杆。目前国内外还缺乏具有充分理论根据和应用简便的下部加重杆的计算方法。本文根据抽油杆柱的疲劳强度计算理论,引进了抽油杆柱下部的允许纵向弯曲载荷的新概念,推导了下部加重杆的理论计算公式,并以此公式为基础绘制了一组大泵抽油时抽油杆柱下部加重杆的选择图解,便于现场的实际使用,同时有利于提高大泵抽油的技术经济指标。
