今年是国网新疆培训中心技术技能培训部营销主管徐婷来到新疆的第六个年头。生长在陕西的她,2008年从西安石油大学检测技术及自动化专业毕业后,来到了新疆这片神秘而又陌生的土地,加入了国网新疆电力公司。初来乍到的徐婷,很快融入了在新疆的工作和生活,并积极担任了班主任、团委委员及团学辅导员,全身心投入新的生活。同时,她也会有她的困扰,刚来的时候工作和生活中有诸多不适应,新疆的饮食、气候,工作中的种种困难。
This year is the State Grid Xinjiang Training Center Technical Skills Training Xu Ting, director of marketing came to Xinjiang for the sixth year. Growing in Shaanxi, she graduated from Xi’an Petroleum University in 2008 with a major in inspection technology and automation. She came to this mysterious and unfamiliar land in Xinjiang and joined the State Grid Xinjiang Power Company. Xu Ting, who had just arrived, quickly integrated his work and life in Xinjiang and actively served as a teacher in charge of a class, a member of a Communist Youth League, and a counselor in a group, devoting himself entirely to new life. At the same time, she would have her troubles. When she first arrived, she had many problems in work and life, such as the diet, climate and work in Xinjiang.
