新的计劃的中心與集体工作的中心現在是由於波蘭高等教育機構正在建立,以許多研究所的形式,來介紹在現有的科学工作与教授研究工作中的主要变化。新的典型工作是科学工作計划与集体工作計劃,並相對地介紹各部門科学,它們都是有很相近或相互的關係的。本文作者愿意提述一下,在资本主義国家里的所謂举世著名的科學家如勃立格曼(Bridgman)和梅林諾夫斯基(Malinovsky)的文献上,是有很多的破錠和缺陷的。針對着这种充滿了破錠和缺陷的文献,
The centerpiece of the new program and the center of collective work is now due to the fact that Polish institutions of higher education are being established, in the form of many institutes, to introduce major changes in existing scientific work and in teaching research. The new typical work is the scientific work plan and the collective work plan, and relative introduction of various departments of science, they are all very similar or mutual relations.
