针对现代化转型中的人文失落、针对职业教育中出现的唯技能技术的倾向,“三性四合”写作课程综合教改,倡导面向学生整个人生的职业教育,倡导“就业导向与人文导向、职业养成与人文养成融合”的新职教观,构建了“三性”(人文性、现代性、有效性)“四合”(阅读与写作、课内与课外、生活与教育、最新文体发展与经典写作方法四结合)写作课程体系,探索了“讲授、讨论、实践”三三制新教学模式,打开一条职业学校人文建设的通道。
