本文主要介绍改善中常用的工程管理学思维,并通过实例展现I E分析手法。工程管理学(i n d u s t r i a l engineering,IE)是质量管理、运筹学、价值工学、人体工学等管理技术中的一种。文章将分成三个部分,首先介绍管理和管理技术的含义以及它们作为解决问题的思维方式的作用;然后,阐述IE的含义、作用以及运用IE时的原理、原则;最后,通过实例说明如何应用IE进行工程分析和稼动分析。
This article mainly introduces the engineering management thinking commonly used in improvement, and presents the I E analysis method through examples. Engineering Management (IE) is one of the management techniques in quality management, operations research, value engineering and ergonomics. The article will be divided into three parts.
