采用磺甲基化法将硫酸盐制浆废液制成了SMK混凝土减水剂。这种减水剂是一种暗褐色水溶液,呈碱性,以磺甲基化硫酸盐木素为主要活性组份。试验了SMK减水剂对水泥净浆、水泥砂浆和混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,SMK减水剂能明显改善砂浆和混凝土的流动性。添加0.1%SMK减水剂,可使混凝土坍落度增加7cm;在水泥用量和流动度相同的情况下,用水量减少8%,混凝土强度提高30%左右。当混凝土流动性和强度保持不变时,掺用0.1%SMK减水剂,可节省水泥8%。然而,过多掺用减水剂,会降低砂浆和混凝土的强度。SMK减水剂对不同品种的水泥均有良好的适应性。
Using sulfomethylation method, the sulfate pulping wastewater was made into SMK concrete superplasticizer. This water reducer is a dark brown aqueous solution, alkaline, with sulfomethylated kraft lignin as the main active ingredient. The effect of SMK water reducer on the performance of cement paste, cement mortar and concrete was tested. The results show that SMK water reducer can significantly improve the mortar and concrete fluidity. Add 0.1% SMK water reducer, the concrete slump can increase 7cm; in the same amount of cement and fluidity, water consumption decreased by 8%, concrete strength increased by 30%. When the fluidity and strength of concrete remain the same, adding 0.1% SMK water reducer can save 8% of cement. However, too much admixture of water reducing agent will reduce the strength of mortar and concrete. SMK water reducer for different varieties of cement have good adaptability.
