第一、我们江西过去的城市工商工作,从去年五、六月初解放,到今年三月底一直是很紧张的。在这一个时期内,可以分两个小段落:(一)从去年六月初到去年十一月的工作,是在支持人民解放战争、接管城乡、剿匪反霸安定社会秩序,总前提中抓住城市的复工复业,收到显著的效果,工商业在南昌市及各小城市里,开了门复了工的很多,有些生产如织布肥皂等,其产量比解放以前同一时期所出产的还多,这是由于连年战争之后人民的需要。与当时数十万大军作战与过境的需要所促成的,也由于共产党人民政府扶助私人工商业政策的所得成果,在城乡关系上,也逐渐恢复着
