[目的]调查天津市健康职业人群血常规参数的正常参考值范围。[方法]收集2014年体检的18~59岁健康职业者共9 261人的静脉血,应用日本SYSMEX公司K-4500全自动血液分析仪进行血常规检测,其结果剔除苯作业者、离群点后,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计学分析。[结果]调查对象平均年龄(31.11±8.40)岁。接触的职业病危害因素包括噪声、粉尘、一氧化碳、酸物或酸酐、高温等共50余种。血常规项目中,男性和女性相比,只有LYM百分率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余项目差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中年组(45~59岁)和青年组(<45岁)相比,除了NEUT、LYM百分率,MXD#、PLT计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余项目差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]不同性别与年龄的天津健康职业人群血常规部分项目存在差别,应开展更深层次的血细胞参数正常参考值范围分析。
[Objective] To investigate the normal reference range of blood routine parameters of healthy occupational population in Tianjin. [Methods] A total of 9261 venous blood samples were collected from health workers aged 18-59 years who were in physical examinations in 2014. The blood samples were collected by Japanese SYSMEX K-4500 automatic hematology analyzer. The results showed that benzene users and outliers After using SPSS 20.0 software for statistical analysis. [Results] The average age of the respondents (31.11 ± 8.40) years old. Exposure occupational hazards include noise, dust, carbon monoxide, acid or anhydride, high temperature and a total of more than 50 species. In the routine blood test, only the percentage of LYM in men and women was not significantly different (P> 0.05). The remaining items were statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with the young group (45 years old), the percentages of NEUT, LYM, MXD # and PLT in the middle-aged group (45-59 years old) were not significantly different (P> 0.05), while the other items were statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] There are differences between the blood routine part of Tianjin healthy occupational population of different sex and age. A deeper analysis of the normal reference range of blood cell parameters should be carried out.
