基于对公路路线设计路线指标的随机性(不确定性)的考虑,将可靠度理论作为基础,建立和设计极限指标状态下的功能函数,运用一次二阶矩法求解可靠的指标。经过对可靠指标的分析来对平面全无控制交叉口停车视距进行设计,并且和如今公路的标准化技术进行比较。与此同时对于可能影响到停车视距的各个随机变量敏感性的进行分析,数据结果显示车辆平均的运行速度与方差以及路面的摩擦系数平均数对停车视距可靠性指标设计造成的影响最大,这也就验证了给予可靠度理论的公路路线设计和传统定值的设计方法相比起来更加的科学与合理。
Based on the randomness (uncertainty) of route design route, the reliability function theory is taken as the foundation to establish and design the function function under the condition of limit index, and the first order second moment method is used to solve the reliable index. The analysis of reliable indicators was used to design the line-of-sight visibility at a flat, uncontrolled intersection and to compare with today’s standardization techniques for highways. At the same time, the sensitivity of each stochastic variable, which may affect the line of sight of parking, is analyzed. The results show that the average running speed and variance of the vehicle and the average coefficient of friction of the road have the greatest impact on the design of the reliability index of parking line of sight, This also verifies that the road route design which gives reliability theory is more scientific and reasonable compared with the traditional design method.
