目的:探讨Survivin和HSG/MFN2在卵巢癌发生、发展过程中的作用及意义。方法:用免疫组化法检测Sur-vivin和HSG/MFN2在不同卵巢组织中的表达情况。结果:①Survivin阳性染色主要位于细胞核,呈棕黄色颗粒,正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢肿瘤、恶性卵巢癌组,Survivin的阳性表达率分别为3.3%、13.3%和60.0%;与正常卵巢组织和良性卵巢肿瘤组比较,恶性卵巢癌组Survivin表达率呈上升趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②HSG/MFN2阳性染色主要位于细胞浆,呈棕黄色颗粒,正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢肿瘤、恶性卵巢癌组,HSG/MFN2的阳性表达率分别为43.3%、46.7%和73.3%;与正常卵巢组织和良性卵巢肿瘤组比较,恶性卵巢癌组HSG/MFN2表达率呈上升趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin和HSG/MFN2在恶性卵巢癌组织中表达上调,与卵巢癌淋巴结转移和临床病理分期密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the role and significance of Survivin and HSG / MFN2 in the development and progression of ovarian cancer. Methods: The expressions of Survivin and HSG / MFN2 in different ovarian tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: ①Survivin positive staining was mainly located in the nucleus with brownish yellow granules. The positive expression rate of Survivin in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumor, malignant ovarian cancer group and Survivin was 3.3%, 13.3% and 60.0% respectively. Compared with normal ovarian tissue and benign ovary Survivin expression in malignant ovarian cancer group showed an upward trend compared with tumor group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive staining of HSG / MFN2 was mainly located in the cytoplasm with brownish yellow granules. The positive rates of HSG / MFN2 in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumor and malignant ovarian cancer were 43.3%, 46.7% and 73.3%, respectively. Compared with normal ovarian tissue Compared with the benign ovarian tumor group, the expression rate of HSG / MFN2 in malignant ovarian cancer group showed an upward trend, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Survivin and HSG / MFN2 are up-regulated in malignant ovarian cancer and closely related to lymph node metastasis and clinicopathologic stage of ovarian cancer.
