中职教师专业能力建设,需要理性思考,处理好几对关系:一是处理好针对性和系统性的关系,兼顾重点建构专业核心能力与系统建构专业综合能力;二是处理好科学性和可行性的关系,兼顾专业能力标准建设与专业动态发展能力;三是处理好内驱力和外驱力的关系,兼顾质量保障与质量监测评价。中职学校教师专业能力建设的主要途径有:专业能力职前职后一体化制度建设;教师专业发展学校(PDS)和教师专业发展中心(PDC)阵地建设;“教师专业发展示范学校”项目建设。
The construction of secondary vocational school teachers’ professional abilities needs rational thinking and handling of several pairs of relations: one is to handle well-targeted and systematic relations, and the other is to focus on building professional core competencies and system-building professional comprehensive abilities; secondly, to deal with scientificity and feasibility The relationship between professional standards and take into account the dynamic development of professional ability; the third is to handle the relationship between internal drive and external drive, both quality assurance and quality monitoring evaluation.
