根据现代矿井自动排水需要,设计一种兼具电动阀、逆止阀和水锤消除器3种功能的矿用多功能水泵联动阀,应用三维软件Pro/Engineer建立矿用多功能水泵联动阀的简化模型,并应用Pro/E Mechanica(M)组件重点对所设计的多功能水泵联动阀阀芯进行静力学分析,为在实验室设计出性能更佳的多功能水泵联动阀提供了参考方法和依据,这对于研究工矿企业排水阀门设备具有重要的指导意义。
According to the requirement of automatic drainage in modern mines, a multifunctional pump for mining multifunctional valve with three kinds of functions of electric valve, check valve and water hammer eliminator is designed.
