目的分析洛阳市2005-2009年碘盐监测结果,了解碘缺乏病防治干预措施落实情况。方法按照《河南省碘缺乏病监测方案(试行)》对居民户碘盐进行随机抽样监测和重点抽样监测,盐碘检测用GB/T13025.7-1999直接滴定法。结果碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率均在90.0%以上。结论洛阳市居民碘盐指标达到国家标准,但仍有非碘盐冲击市场,需继续加强碘盐市场管理力度。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of iodized salt in Luoyang City from 2005 to 2009 to understand the implementation of intervention measures for prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods According to “Monitoring program of iodine deficiency disorders in Henan Province (for Trial Implementation)” to carry out random sampling monitoring and key sampling monitoring of iodized salt in residential households, salt iodine detection by GB / T13025.7-1999 direct titration. The results of iodized salt pass rate, iodized salt coverage, qualified iodized salt consumption rates were above 90.0%. Conclusion Luoyang residents iodized salt indicators meet the national standards, but there are still non-iodized salt impact the market, the need to continue to strengthen the iodized salt market management.
