我们来到甘肃省著名干旱地带的永靖县山区采访,所到之处,家家安居乐业,户户喜气洋洋。人们高兴地说,过去这一带农民有“三愁”:“吃也愁,穿也愁,烧的更比吃穿愁。”党的三中全会以后,“三愁”变成了“三喜”;去年实行包产到户,庄稼获得好收成,曾经吃了十多年供应粮的社队开始不愁吃、不愁穿,这是两件喜事。如今社员家家又用上了太阳灶,用它烧水煮饭,不再为缺柴少烧发愁,这是第三件喜事。当地群众口口声声感谢党的好政策,还漫起“花儿”表达自己的情怀:
