Tumors consist of heterogeneous cells and some tumor cell components have proven to support new growth points in xenograft models without the other cellular components [1]. In fact, the stochastic model and the CSC model explain the heterogeneity of tumor cells. In a randomized model of tumor occurrence may occur in any cell, a randomized model shows that: given the appropriate conditions all of the tumor cells are likely to become tumor stem cells 〔2〕.
