我厂产品零件中溥壁管零件占有很大的比重。管子(储油筒)两端有螺距为1.5mm、长度10~12mm的螺纹,原用车削工艺加工。以400cm~3储油筒为例,车削螺纹,管材外径50mm、壁厚不小于1.5mm的无缝钢管,班产定额150件,钢材消耗大,生产效率低。为此我们开始了薄壁管滚丝工艺的研究,用外径50mm、壁厚1mm 的无缝管代替φ50×1.5的无缝管,用滚丝工艺代替车削工艺。经过近一年
