采用微波辐射法,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵改性膨润土,以丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸丁酯为单体,合成高吸油性树脂。研究了分散剂、交联剂、引发剂以及有机膨润土的用量和微波反应时间等因素对树脂吸油性能的影响,通过傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、扫描电镜分别对有机膨润土的化学基团、树脂的热稳定性及表面形貌进行了表征。与常规合成方法相比,微波辐射法可以缩短反应时间,节能降耗,有机膨润土可改善树脂强度和热稳定性,复合树脂对CHC l3和汽油的最大吸油倍率分别可达36 g/g,16 g/g。
