先心病是小儿心脏病中最常见的疾病之一,根据国内资料,先心病的发病率占新生儿的6.65%。我院从1978年1月至1986年12月经心导管检查及心血管造影确诊为各种先心病的12岁以下小儿2438例。本文对这一组病例的诊断情况作一分析。病例及资料本文的病例均为住院病人。男1267例,女1171例。年龄在5岁以下者166例,6～12岁2272例。全部病例均有完整的病史、体检、心电图、X线胸片。大部分病例作过超声心动图检查。972例经右心导管
Congenital heart disease is one of the most common heart disease in children, according to domestic data, the incidence of congenital heart disease accounted for 6.65% of newborns.
