镍的容量分析方法很多,但快速、准确、灵敏的不多。目前最常用的是将Ni~(2+)先用丁二酮肟沉淀、过滤、洗涤后,重新溶解,再用EDTA滴定,测定时要求严格控制pH。用丁二酮肟为滴定剂测镍的安培滴定法由于操作麻烦,很少在实际中应用。另外,在氨性溶液中用丁二酮肟碱性溶液直接滴定镍的方法也有报道,但因使用外指示剂误差较大。高鸿教授曾在加热条件下,分别用EDTA和CyDTA测定大量镍。本文在此基础上研究了三乙四胺六乙酸(THA)在室温条件下测定大量镍,利用TTHA在pH4.0~7.5的乙酸-乙酸钠底液中具有灵敏的交流示波极谱切口(见图)指示终点,终点直观,方法快速、准确。
There are many ways to analyze the capacity of nickel, but it is fast, accurate and sensitive. At present, Ni 2+ is first precipitated with dimethylglyoxime, filtered, washed, redissolved and then titrated with EDTA. The determination requires strict control of pH. Amphoteric titration of nickel with titanyl oxime as titrant is seldom used in practice due to the cumbersome operation. In addition, the method of direct titration of nickel with dimethylglyoxime basic solution in ammoniacal solution has also been reported, but the external indicator has larger error due to the use of external indicator. Professor Gao Hong had a large number of nickel with EDTA and CyDTA were measured under heating conditions. Based on this, we studied the determination of a large amount of nickel with triethylenetetraminehexaacetic acid (THA) at room temperature and the sensitive alternating oscillopolarographic (TAC) cuttings with acetic acid-sodium acetate at pH 4.0-7.5 using TTHA See figure) indicate the end point, the end point intuitive, fast and accurate method.
