The classroom is often monopolized by a teacher, while students remain silent. There are several reasons here: the teaching system itself does not require students to participate, students do not often participate in classroom activities. Almost all college students’ prior experience in learning English focused on reading and writing; they listened to more than they said and audio-visual classes were rarely accompanied by discussion, so students said few opportunities. Even worse, oral classes are rarely included in the English language exams. In this way, not surprisingly, students have more opportunities to use their ears and eyes than to use their tongues. Why not pay attention to oral class
